ABSTRACT
The influence of the times has many impacts on the life of the nation and state. In
developing countries, especially Indonesia has a situation that often experiences a
variety of crises as a negative impact on cultural shifts. The development of
understanding individualism, hedonism, plagiarism and many other negative
things. As a religious country, the role of every people is very important in helping
Indonesia get out of moral crisis and crime, especially young people as the next
generation to bring change. Therefore, an active role of Christian students is
needed as intellectuals with high spiritual, intellectual and moral qualities. The
center of the Christian student community is intended to be in Riau Province and is
located in Pekanbaru as the capital of a province that has many campuses. This
facility is a place for fostering young intellectuals to be able to transform and grow
integrally in the cognitive and spiritual fields so that young intellectuals work in
the midst of the family, community, nation and country. A symbolic architectural
approach that applies the ecumenical principle is used to develop designs in order
to represent Christian values in this Christian student community. The application
