Uji Kemampuan Bakteri Amilolitik (Bacillus Paramycoides Dan Enterobacter Cloacae) Dalam Mendegradasi Bahan Organik Serasah Mangrove
ABSTRACT
Research concerned about the Amylolytic Bacteria capable of producing enzyme
amylase and their ability in degrades organic matter has rarely been implemented.
In previous studies have found bacteria type amilolitik from sediments mangrove
marine ecosystem station dumai. Kinds of bacteria amiloitik found among others B.
paramycoides (TR6) and E.cloacae (TR11) ( Silitonga, 2019 ). Bacteria amilolitik
are a microorganisms capable of producing enzymes amylase. Amylase is a group
of enzymes that have the ability to decide ties glycosides in amilum into
components simpler. This study uses experimental methods with aims to
understand and prove B. paramycoides and E. cloacae can produces enzymes
amylase and has the ability degrades organic matter especially mangrove litter. The
result of this research is bacteria amilolitik can degrades organic matter by means
of hydrolyze amilum that was found in litter mangrove. Levels of amilum that
relegated most treatment is at an enzyme as many as 100 % that is about 1.021
mg/ml (B. paramycoides ) and 1.189 mg/ml (E. cloacae).
