Inovasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Melalui Aplikasi Mirai (Mobile Information System Of Rsud Arifin Achmad) Di Provinsi Riau

Health services are services that are very much needed and become a
basic need for the community besides clothing, food and education. Therefore, the
government is obliged to provide good and quality health services to the
community as thoroughly and fairly as possible. One of the public service
providers is the Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital, Riau Province. The innovation
in question is the MIRAI application (Mobile Information system of RSUD Arifin
Achmad). The purpose of creating the MIRAI application is to make it easier for
patients and to reduce the length of time queues in outpatient installations. The
purpose of this study was to find out how to innovate health services through the
MIRAI application at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This research uses
the theory of the success attributes of innovation by Bugge at al, of which there
are six indicators, namely: Governance and innovation, sources of the ideas for
innovation (sources of ideas for innovation), innovation culture (innovation
culture). , capabilities and tools, objectivies, outcomes, expense, and obstacles
(objectives, results, costs, and obstacles), collecting innovation data for single
innovation (collecting innovation data for a single innovation). This type of
research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The
collection of necessary data, both primary and secondary data, is collected
through interviews, observation, documentation, then analyzed so that
conclusions can be drawn from the existing research problems. The results of this
study are that the existing innovations have not been going well because there are
still people who have not used the application, and lack of socialization.
