Penerapan Budaya Organisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Di Kantor Urusan Agama (Kua) Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis
Organizational culture is a characteristic that is used as the basis for organizing.
This study aims to explain the application of organizational culture in the Office
of Religious Affairs (KUA), Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The research
method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. While the
theory used is (Chatab, 2007) with four independent variable components. These
components include integrity, professionalism, exemplary and respect for human
resources. The findings of this study were changes made by the head of the KUA
Mandau District, a sense of kinship and the presence of a sincere logo in charity
along with staff to have a sincere intention in doing good so that it can be an
example in organizational culture. So the face of the Office of Religious Affairs is
the cohesiveness and intimacy that must be lived up to the organizational culture.
This study found that the inhibiting factors were marriage customs, lack of
innovation and facilities and infrastructure in the KUA Mandau District. The
expected target of this organizational culture is to uphold religious values, good
behavior and loyalty in serving organizational culture and the need for
satisfactory service at the KUA so that people can enjoy quality services.
