Kepentingan Indonesia Bekerjasama Dengan Singapura Di Bidang Fintech (Financial Technology) Tahun 2018-2019

The modern era, technology and internet access have been dynamic
rapidly. Fintech (Financial Technology) is a financial innovation that has been
digitally touched. MAS and OJK are the monetary financial authority authorities. In
2018, the Fintech cooperation authority in Nusa Dua in Bali in the form of an MOU
on the Fintech cooperation agreement in the two countries.
The authorities are in charge of points of cooperation. Qualitative research uses
primary data through interviews and secondary data through access from books,
journals, websites, and theses. The research technique uses a library research and
document analysis. This research uses a theoretical framework, namely Liberalism
Perspective, Level Group Analysis and International Cooperation Theory.
This research shows that authorities from Singapore and Indonesia focus on 4
points of cooperation. First, test fintech business referrals. Second, the potential for
joint projects in real investment cooperation. Third, the fintech industry collaboration
for e-commerce transaction cooperation. Fourth, cooperation in exchanging
information on trends and globalization. The Southeast Asian region which is
densely populated, especially from Indonesia, is of common interest because
Singapore and Indonesia are the largest markets in the Southeast Asian region and
have shortcomings in Singapore and Indonesia.
