Upaya Norwegia Dalam Pengurangan Emisi Gas Rumah Kaca Di Indonesia Pada Tahun 2017-2020

This research focuses on the role of Norway as Annex-1’smember in helping to reduce
emission which caused global climate change. This is due to industrial activities that
are increasingly exploiting so that they have a significant impact on rising global
temperatures. In analyzing the case study, this research applies the theory of rational
choice, and environmentalism as a perspective, and also nation state systemic level of
analysis to to understand the role of each countries as one of international actors in
global system. The datas are collected by using qualitative method, in order to to gain
a deeper analysis, and understanding about the datas through documents analysis.
Most of datas are collected by annual report of goverment, letter of intent, and
progress report that published by independent organization. The result of this
research showed that agreement between Norway-Indonesia is well- result project.
Event if there are several things that have to be evaluated to get the better impact in
the future. These things are important to achieve global goals so that the zeroemission
program in 2070 can be attained.
