Persepsi Wisatawan Terhadap Sistem Infrastruktur Di Objek Wisata Tuk-Tuk Siadong Danau Toba Samosir

This research was conducted in Samosir Regency, precisely in Tuk-Tuk Siadong Village, Simanindo District. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: (a) to analyze the characteristics of tourists visiting the Tuk-Tuk Siadong tourist attraction, (b) to analyze tourists' perceptions of the infrastructure. The respondents I studied were Indonesian tourists. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with descriptive quantitative analysis with the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. From the research results, it is concluded that the perception of tourists towards the infrastructure system in the tourist attraction of Tuk-Tuk Lake Toba Samosir, namely, a) the infrastructure of the facilities can be said to be good in accordance with the perceptions of tourists, which are included in the category of facilities are tourist objects, hotels, restaurants, transportation. b) infrastructure infrastructure can be said to be quite good in accordance with the perceptions of tourists, included in the infrastructure category are roads, ship ports, banks / ATMs.
