Efektivitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kubu Babussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

Permenkes No. 75 of 2014 explains that the subsystem of health efforts makes
Puskesmas as the vanguard of basic health care. In the conditions of the Covid-19
pandemic, inpatient and outpatient visits during the Covid-19 pandemic were
significantly reduced from the previous year. To carry out various services that
have been determined, the Kubu Babussalam Health Center is required to be as
effective as possible in providing health services so that the community's desire to
get good service is carried out. The purpose behind this research is to analyze the
effectiveness of health services during the Covid-19 pandemic and the factors that
affect the effectiveness of health services at the Kubu Babussalam Health Center.
The theory used in this study is service effectiveness (Siagian in Nashar, 2020:10)
namely timeliness, accuracy, and service delivery style. The research method is a
qualitative method through interviews, observation, and documentation. The
results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of health services at the Kubu
Babussalam Health Center based on these indicators has been running well, but
in its implementation it has not been effective because there are factors that affect
health services, namely health resources, public awareness, facilities and
infrastructure
