Strategi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata Kampung Patin Kabupaten Kampar
This research mean to know: (1) Community Empowerment Strategy in
the Development of the Tourims Village of Patin Village (2) the driving and
inhibiting factors in the development of the Patin Village Tourism Village. This
study uses the theory of Tourism Village Development Strategy by Arief Yahya
(2019), this theory describes a tourism village development strategy through 3
things, namely 3A (Attractions, Accessibility and Amenities), SMI (HR,
Community and Industry), BAS (Branding, Advertising and Selling) which is
applied in the strategy of developing the village tourism village of Patin in Koto
Mesjid, Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study
approach. The informants in this study were the Love Tourism Office for
Institutional Relations and Development, the Village Head of Koto Mesjid, the
Director of Bumdes, Pokdarwis, the Koto Mesjid village community, and visitors
to the village tourism village of Patin. Informants were taken using purposive
sampling. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation. Data
analysis used qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the
village of Koto Mesjid held several programs with the formation of Pokdarwis for
creative economy training and culinary presentation. The management program in
facilitating tourists also synergizes by providing good facilities and
accommodation such as transportation, homestay, souvenirs and processed food
from catfish. In addition, in providing attractiveness, holding advertisements in
the form of banners, banners and social media. The driving factors are the
presence of adequate natural resources, good relations are established between the
government and the local community as well as the establishment of significant
cooperation between the village government and the tourism office, then the
inhibiting factor in the successful development of the Kampung Patin Tourism
Village strategy is the emergence of community elements who destroying tourist
facilities, tourists who are not friendly to the environment and the emergence of
several illegal levies in the use of tourist objects in the Koto Mesjid Village.
