Persepsi Guru Honorer Terhadap Pembelajaran Online Pada Masa Pandemi Di Smp Negeri Se Kecamatan Batang Cenaku
This study was conducted in smp cenaku stems. The purpose of this study is to find
out the perception of honoree teachers to online learning during the Covid19
pandemic and find out what factors affect the perception of honoree teachers towards
online learning during the Covid19 pandemic. The technique of determining the
sample by pusposive sampling and assigning the number of samples as many as 23
people. The author uses quantitative descriptive methods and data instruments are
observations, and questionnaires. The study, which was conducted, found that there
are two indicators of teacher perception of online learning during the pandemic,
namely: Honoree teacher response to online learning and honoree teacher
assessment of online learning. The study found that 26.1% of respondents strongly
agreed that online learning was done to fulfill the school's obligations to continue
student education. And as many as 47.81% of respondents strongly agree that online
learning must still be done so that children continue their education. The study found
that 34.8% of respondents strongly agreed that learning is effective for students in
times of pandemic and 34.8% of respondents strongly agree that online learning
brings new experiences for teachers in the process of implementing education.
