Struktur Komunitas Mangrove Di Desa Sebauk Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau

Abstract
The activity of using mangrove which has been done was physically using wood
in the form of continuously using wood without any back planting activity
(replanting). This condition can provide significant pressure to the mangrove
forest ecosystem that has an impact on reducing the threat of mangrove's forest
ecosystem in the Sebauk Village. The method used in this study is the survey
method using purposive sampling technique with the purpose of analyzing a
community structure of the mangrove vegetation in the Sebauk village , subdistrict
of bengkalis, district of Bengkalis Riau province. From this study, the
composition of the mangrove vegetation who were found in the sub-district
Bengkalis consist of 3 Species, namely Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora
mucronata, and Sonneratia alba. The composition of the mangrove type of
vegetation in the Bengkalis sub-district based on the calculation of the Important
value index is known that the highest INP value is Rhizophora apiculata with a
percentage of 243.42% and the lowest INP value is Rhizophora mucronata was
56.57%. Meanwhile, INP on S. alba was 153.69%.
