Pengaruh Sertifikasi Guru Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Guru SDN Di Gugus II Kecamatan Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir
As a national educational institution, the school is a forum that has an
important role in growing and improving quality resources. Teachers as
educators have a very large role and responsibility in improving the quality and
quality of educational services, to achieve this goal, empowerment and
professional development of teachers need to be carried out continuously.
This study aims to determine the effect of variables (1) teacher
certification on teacher discipline, (2) work motivation on teacher discipline, (3)
teacher certification and work motivation on teacher discipline. Respondents of
the study were teachers of public elementary schools in Cluster II, Tanah Putih
District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The sample is 40 people .
The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) whether there is an
effect of teacher certification on the discipline of SDN teachers in Cluster II
Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir (2) is there an effect of work motivation on the
discipline of SDN teachers in Cluster II Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir (3 ) Is
there any effect of teacher certification and work motivation on the discipline of
SDN teachers in Cluster II, Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir.
This research is an ex-post facto research using quantitative analysis. The
data is collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. The data
analysis used is descriptive analysis, prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing.
The results of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive influence
between teacher certification on teacher discipline of 0.307, and there is a
significant and positive effect between work motivation on teacher discipline of
0.562. Meanwhile, simultaneously teacher certification and work motivation on
teacher discipline are 0.589.
