Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Dan Adversity Quotient Terhadap Kinerja Guru TK Pembina Negeri Se-Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau
This study aims to describe the effect of pedagogical competence and adversity
quotient on the performance of State TK teachers in Pekanbaru City, Riau
Province.This method used in this research is descriptive and inferential. This
research is a correlation research that aims to see the effect between variables. The
research was carried out in all TK Pembina Negeri in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province
with a total sample of 51 teachers. The data collection technique used is by using a
questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression and multiple
regression.
Based on the data analysis, it is known that: 1) There is a positive and
significant influence of 22.8% of pedagogic competence on teacher performance. 2)
There is a positive and significant effect of 76.8% adversity quotient on teacher
performance. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of pedagogic
competence and adversity quotient together on the performance of State TK teachers
in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The magnitude of the influence of pedagogic
competence and adversity quotient on teacher performance is 80.3% and 19.7% is
influenced by other variables not examined.
