Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se Kecamatan Bangko Pusako

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education and training on teacher professionalism at SDN Se Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The percentage of teachers' punctuality in submitting lesson plans has decreased, which in that time period shows that the number of teachers who are on time in submitting lesson plans has decreased, while those who are late have increased. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with 82 respondents from 68 SD Negeri Se Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency which were randomly selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The research method was carried out, namely the respondents gave responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis used is descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that education had a significant effect on teacher professionalism, meaning that the better the education, the better the professionalism of teachers in carrying out their duties. This means that education is an important variable to consider so that teacher professionalism can increase. Training has a significant effect on teacher professionalism, meaning that higher training will support better teacher professionalism. Therefore, training is an important thing to consider in improving teacher professionalism. With good training, it will certainly have an impact on how teachers gain additional knowledge and experience in teaching in schools. Education and training have a significant effect on teacher professionalism, meaning that the better the education and training, the better the professionalism of teachers in carrying out their duties. This means that education and training are important variables to consider so that teacher professionalism can increase.
