Pengaruh Kecerdasan Spiritual Dan Kompetensi Sosial Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Se-Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to describe the influence of the influence of spiritual junior
high school teachers in sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. There are still
teachers who are less responsible in carrying out their duties and often teaching
hours to complete personal interests and are indifferent to their duties, and there
are teachers who are not able to complete the task given to them properly such as
not being picket and other additional task. This type of research is descriptive
quantitative research. The data collction technique used is a questionnaire with
55 respondents from 55 teachers. The research method was carried out, namely
the respondents gave responses to the questionnaire in the form of a likert scale.
Analysis of the data used is descriptive and inferential statitics.
Based on the result of the study, it was found that there a positive and
significant influence of spiritual intelegence on the performance of junior high
school teachers in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The magnitude of the
influence generatedby spiritual intellegencce on teacher performance is 62,7%.
Based on the finding of this study, it can be staled that spiritual intelligence has a
significant effect on the teacher performance, wich is acceptable. There is a
positive and significant effect of social competence on the performance of junior
high school teachers in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The magnitude of
the effect produced by social competence on teacher performance is 65,1%. Based
on the findings of study, it can be stated that social competence has significant
effect on the teacher performance and is acceptable. There is a positive and
significant influence between spiritual intelligence and social competence on the
performance of junior high school teachers in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir
Reegency. The magnitude of the effect produced by spiritual intellegence and
social competence together on teacher performance is 69%. Based on the findings
of this study, it can be stated that spiritual intelligence and social competence
have a significant effect on acceptable teacher performanc.
