Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pjok SMP Negeri Di Kota Pekanbaru

Alhamdulillahirabbil Alamin, thanks to Allah SWT, the writer has been able to finish this scientific work until now. As an initial introduction, the author reviews a summary of this thesis which is based on the background of the problem and the formulation of the problem, the objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of PJOK teachers at State Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru City. (2) To analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of PJOK teachers at State Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru City. (3) To analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and work motivation together on the performance of PJOK teachers at State Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru City.
The population in this study were PJOK teachers of SMP Negeri in Pekanbaru, totaling 100 teachers with 45 schools that already had buildings and principals and 3 public junior high schools that had not yet occupied the building. Based on the Taro Yamane formula, the sample in this study was 80 teachers of PJOK SMPN in Pekanbaru City with an error rate of 5%. Meanwhile, for the purposes of the trial, it was carried out by taking the remaining 20 people from the PJOK teachers of SMP N Negeri in Pekanbaru City. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory design. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Test the validity of the items using Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses Cronbach's coefficient alpha formula and the hypothesis test uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.
Then I also convey related to the results and conclusions of the research I did, which based on the description and analysis of the research data, it can be concluded several things as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of principal leadership on the performance of PJOK teachers at State Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru City.
