Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja Dan Kerja Tim Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sd Negeri Sekecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and teamwork
on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir
Regency. The performance of a teacher is a very decisive component in every
effort to improve the quality of education, so that it will make a good contribution
to the quality of education. The importance of a teacher's performance will have a
significant impact on the goals of a school in increasing the output of the
education that has been given. Based on the phenomena obtained from the work
results are not achieved properly because the teacher carries out his duties and
responsibilities less than optimally, including: teachers are not serious in
compiling school administration completeness which is an obligation for a
teacher, namely the syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) which reaches 40 %; lack of
classroom management that makes the learning atmosphere is not conducive
which reaches 45%. This can be seen from the noisy class atmosphere and many
students who are actually busy chatting and not paying attention to the material
given by the teacher, reaching 39%; most teachers use the lecture method without
varying it with other methods so that students pay less attention to the material
being taught reaching 41%; Teachers rarely provide evaluations in the form of
practice questions to students so that teachers do not know the level of
understanding absorbed by students.
This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data
collection technique used was a questionnaire given to 104 teachers who were
randomly selected as samples using the simple random sampling method. The
research was conducted, namely the respondents gave responses to the
questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in
this study is multiple linear regression and data processing using the Statistical
Package for Social Science (SPSS) program.
Based on the results of research work experience has an influence on
teacher performance, meaning that the better the work experience, the better the
teacher's performance in carrying out their duties. This means that work
experience is an important variable to consider so that teacher performance can
increase. With the increase in teacher performance, it will certainly have an
impact on the achievement of predetermined goals, a lot of work and school
planning are achieved and completed on time. Team work is closely related to
teacher performance, meaning that the higher the team work, the better the
teacher's performance. Therefore, teamwork is an important thing to consider in
improving teacher performance. With good teamwork, it will certainly have an
impact on how principals plan school programs effectively and achieve previously
planned goals. Work experience and teamwork have an influence on teacher
performance, meaning that the better the experience of teamwork, the better the
teacher's performance in carrying out their duties. This means that work
experience and teamwork are important variables to consider so that teacher
performance can improve.
