Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Sikap Inovatif Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Di Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
The aim of this research to determine the effect of organizational climate and
innovative attitude of principal either simultaneously or partially on Public
Elementry School Teachers Performance the Bagan Sinembah District. This study
used a non-experimental or ex post design. The research population is public
elementary school teachers the Bagan Sinembah District Rokan Hilir Regency as
many as 191 peoples. Based on the calculation of the Slovin formula, a sample of
129 peoples. Sampling by using a simple random sampling technique. Teacher
performance data obtained from the value of SKP, while variable data of
organizational climate and innovative attitude of principal obtained by distributing
a questionnaire using a Likert scale (a scale of five). Testing the validity of the
instrument using Product Moment analysis, while for the reliability test using
Cronbach’s Alpha. The results showed that in general the average teacher
performance was 84.77, while the organizational climate contained in the subject
of this study turned out to be an average of 119.13, while the principal's
innovative attitude obtained an average of 121. 17.
Furthermore, based on the results of data analysis using simple/multiple
regression analysis, Pearson correlation test, significance test, t/F test and test the
magnitude of the effect through a summary model. The results of the test show
that the two variables, namely organizational climate and innovative attitude of
the principal, both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect with a
contribution of 62.10% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined,
namely leadership, teacher knowledge, teacher personality, dedication, and
professional development. Thus it can be said that the teacher's performance will
be better and increase if it is supported by a conducive organizational climate and
also the need for an innovative attitude from the principal. Therefore, it is
expected to maintain a conducive school environment and principals are required
to continuously look for new ideas that are relevant to development and apply
innovative and creative ideas to problems that occur in schools, especially those
related to improving the quality of learning in schools. the. One way that can be
done is to establish good relations between school residents and find the right
solution for the learning process during the pandemic.
