This research was used motivated by the Strategy for Development of
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Pineapple Chips Agroindustry
Sector in Kualu nenas Village, Mining District, Kampar Regency, What are the
Inhibiting and Supporting Factors that affect the success of SMEs in Kualu Nenas
Village, Mining District , Kampar Regency.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Micro, Small
and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Strategy for the Pineapple Chips
Agroindustry Sector in Kualu Pines Village, Mining District, Kampar Regency, to
find out and analyze the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors that affect the success of
SMEs in Kualu Village. Pineapple, Mining District, Kampar Regency. The form of
the research approach used by the author is a qualitative approach.
By looking at the results of the research above regarding the Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Strategy for the Pineapple Chips
Agroindustry Sector in Kualu Pines Village, Mining District, Kampar Regency,
researchers found that there are various types of preparations made to increase
income, not only making chips. pineapple but also makes several other creative
preparations such as pineapple lunkhead, pineapple diamonds, and pineapple syrup.
But in starting a company, of course, accompanied by a strategy or how to develop
the business.
Inhibiting and Supporting Factors that influence Success in the
Development of Pineapple Chips MSMEs are Marketing, Operations, Finance,
Similar Competitors, Fluctuating product demand patterns, Supporting factors are:
Pineapple plantation area, Strategic Location, Motivation, Abundant workforce.
Based on results Research on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)
Development Strategies Pineapple Chips Agroindustry Sector in Kualu Nenas
Village, Mining District, Kampar Regency, the authors provide the following
suggestions: In overcoming human resource development, technical guidance and
socialization from the government are carried out.
