Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Terhadap Kinerja Guru PJOK Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak
The purpose of this study was to find the effect of principal's leadership and
pedagogical competence on the performance of PJOK teachers in Elementary
Schools, Tualang District, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The population in this
study were PJOK teachers at the Tualang District Elementary School, both civil
servants and honorary teachers, totaling 68 teachers. Sampling in this study was
carried out using a simple random sampling technique so that a sample of 41
teachers was obtained. The data collection technique used is a study of
documentation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was conducted by
providing responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data
analysis used is descriptive and inferential statistics. After conducting research
and data analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between the
variables of the principal's leadership (X1) and pedagogical competence (X2) on
the performance of teachers (Y) of teachers at PJOK Elementary Schools,
Tualang District, Siak Regency, Riau Province as indicated by the regression
coefficient; 0.742 sig. < 0.05. There is a significant influence between the
principal's leadership (X1) on teacher performance (Y) with a regression
coefficient of 0.600; sig.
