This research is conducted to overcome the problems of: 1) Is there a
positive influence between commitment to the performance of State Elementary
School teachers in Kelas Tinggi Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency?, 2) Is there
a positive influence between work discipline on the performance of State
Elementary School teachers in Kelas Tinggi Siak Hulu District, Kampar
Regency?, 3) Is there a positive influence between commitment and work
discipline together on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in
Kelas Tinggi Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency?.
This research is aimed to evaluate and to analyze: 1) the effect of
commitment on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Kelas
Tinggi Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, 2) the effect of work discipline on the
performance of high-class public elementary school teachers in Kelas Tinggi Siak
Hulu District, Kampar Regency, 3) the effect of commitment and work discipline
together on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Kelas Tinggu
Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency.
The population of this research is the teachers of State Elementary School
teachers in Kelas Tinggi Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. as calculated
about 84 teachers and all are estimated accurately. The types of data used in this
research is primary and secondary data gotten from teachers by using questioner.
The technique of data analyzing system used in this research are descriptive
statistic and inferential statistic. The collecting data system of descriptive statistic
analysis in this research used Microsoft excel program and SPSS version 23 for
windows.
The result of this research showed that there is a significant effect between
teachers commitment variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) teachers performance
(Y) in State Elementary School teachers in Kelas Tinggi Siak Hulu District,
Kampar Regency.
