Implikasi Supervisi Pengawas Sekolah Melalui Daring Di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
The issues studied are how the planning of supervision of School Superintendents through online in Rokan Hilir Elementary School, how the implementation of supervision of school supervisors through online in Rokan Hilir District Elementary School, and how to evaluate the results of supervised school superintendent through online in Rokan Hilir district elementary school.
This study aims to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of the results of online school supervisory supervision at elementary schools in Rokan Hilir district. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data collected in the form of learning device documents and information through interviews, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Observation or supervision of the learning process is carried out in three stages, namely pre-observation, observation of the learning process and post-observation. Pre and post-observation conducted written interviews via the Google link, the form link was sent using whatsApp media, while observations made observations of the learning process through the zoom application.
The results of research on online school supervisor supervision planning activities by collecting initial data from school principals using the Google Form application found that teacher activities had not utilized learning media properly and had not used varied methods in carrying out learning, continued on the activities of implementing online school supervisor supervision using the Zoom Cloud Meeting application there are three stages, namely pre-observation, observation and post-observation. The pre-observation interview activity, the researcher found that the teacher had prepared physically and devices in carrying out the learning process, the observation activity observed four stages, the findings in the successful achievement of the preparation stage obtained an average score of 85% with 'Good' criteria, the Preliminary Activity stage obtained an average score -an average score of 89% with the criteria of 'Good', the Core Activities stage obtained an average score of 79% in the 'Enough' category and the Closing Activities stage obtained an average score of 68% so, the activities of implementing the supervision of the School Supervisor obtained an average score the average success rate is 81% with 'Good' criteria. Then the implementation of supervision activities continued at the post-observation stage using the Google Form application, the findings of the teacher's interview were self-reflection. Finally, in this research activity, an online evaluation of the results of the supervision of school supervisors is carried out by reviewing or analyzing the success and findings of obstacles to the supervision implementation process.
The conclusion of this research is that online school supervisor supervision planning is very effective in collecting initial data from the results of

principal supervision, the implementation of school supervisor supervision is very effective using the Zoom application, because the signal and internet network conditions in schools and school supervisor locations are in good condition. Evaluation of the results of online school supervisors' supervision found that 81% of teachers had met the criteria for assessing the learning process activities. Obstacles in carrying out the learning process, namely the preparation of learning devices are still copy paste, less varied methods, not yet able to use learning media and obstacles in supervision because the signal is not good when supervision is carried out. The results of the evaluation are used as guidelines for carrying out the next supervision plan.
