Pengaruh Kompetensi Individu Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Petani Ikan Di Kecamatan Pangean Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual competence and work experience on the performance of fish farmers in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
This study uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from the responses of fish farmers in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, as well as secondary data, namely information obtained from report materials from various sources that are related to this research. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all tilapia farmers in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, totaling 60 people. Sampling used the census method, so that the entire population was used as a research sample. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that partially or simultaneously individual competence and work experience had a significant positive effect on the performance of fish farmers in Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The magnitude of the influence of individual competence and work experience on employee performance in a correlation is 65.8% and 34.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
