Pengaruh Altruisme Dan Interaksi Sosial Terhadap Kompetensi Sosial Guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sungai Mandau, Siak
The teacher is the most decisive component in the education system as a whole. The figure of a teacher will always be in the strategic spotlight when talking about educational issues, because the teacher is always associated with any component in the education system. Teachers must make decisions quickly, on time, and on target, especially with regard to student learning problems. The teacher's ability in educating is not only able to develop the knowledge he has acquired, but is also able to apply and convey how he teaches his knowledge so that it can be practiced by the learner of knowledge. Teachers in the eyes of the community and students are role models who need to be imitated and are role models in their daily lives.
Teachers must have broad knowledge, master various types of learning materials, master educational theory and practice, and master curriculum and learning methodologies. But as a member of society, every teacher must be good at getting along with the community. For that, he must master social psychology, have knowledge of human relations, have group building skills, work collaborative skills in groups, and complete tasks together in groups. As individuals who are involved in education and also as members of society, teachers must have a personality that reflects an educator. Teachers must be able to be admired and imitated. Digugu means that the messages conveyed by the teacher can be trusted to be implemented and the pattern of life can be imitated or imitated. Teachers are often used as role models by the community, for that teachers must recognize the values adopted and develop in the community where they carry out their duties and reside. The duties and functions of the teacher are not only to provide education, teaching, and training, but also the inherent duties of him, not only at school, but also outside of school.
Teachers need to have social skills with the community, in order to implement an effective learning process. Social skills include the teacher's ability to communicate, cooperate, get along sympathetically, and have a pleasant soul. Teachers must be able to communicate well orally, in writing, and with signs, use communication and information technology, interact effectively with students, fellow educators, education staff, parents/guardians of students and get along politely with the surrounding community.
This study raises the issue of: 1) Is there a significant and positive effect of altruism on the social competence of elementary school teachers in Sungai Mandau, Siak? Mandau, Siak?, 3) Is there a significant and positive influence of altruism and social interaction together on the social competence of elementary school teachers in Sungai Mandau District, Siak? Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims to examine and analyze 1) the effect of altruism on the social competence of elementary school teachers in Sungai Mandau District, Siak, 2) the effect of social interaction on the social competence of elementary school

teachers in Sungai Mandau District, Siak, 3 ) the effect of altruism and social interaction together on the social competence of elementary school teachers in Sungai Mandau District, Siak.
Rokan Hilir, which amounted to 121 people and the sample of this study amounted to 93 high school teachers, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir. The type of data from this research is primary data and secondary data for those obtained from teachers using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Processing of data for descriptive statistical analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 23 for Windows.
There is a significant influence between organizational culture (X1) on teacher optimism (Y). The higher the organizational culture owned by the principal, the higher the level of optimism of the high school teacher in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir. This indicates that to increase the optimism of high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir, one of them is by increasing the school's organizational culture.
There is a significant effect between the work environment (X2) on teacher optimism (Y). The higher the optimism of the principal, the higher the optimism of the high school teacher in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir. This indicates that to increase the optimism of high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir, among others, by improving the school work environment in achieving the school's vision.
There is a significant influence between organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2) together on teacher optimism (Y). The higher the organizational culture and work environment of the school, the higher the optimism of high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir. This indicates that to increase the optimism of high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir, it can be done through improving organizational culture and the school work environment simultaneously.
