Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair (Poc) Dengan Dosis Berbeda Pada Media Pemeliharaan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ikan Gurame (Osphronemus Gouramy) Dalam Sistem Akuaponik
ABSTRACT
This research was carried out from March to May 2021 at the Hatchery of the
Faculty of Marine Fisheries, Riau University. This study aims to determine the growth of
carp (Osphronemus gouramy) fry given POC (Liquid Organic Fertilizer) with different
doses in an aquaponic system . This study used a 100 liter bucket container as many as
15 units. The doses of POC (Liquid Organic Fertilizer) used in this study were P0
(control), P1 (0.5 ml/l), P2 (0.875 ml/l), P3 (1.25 ml/l), P4 (1.625 ml /l), the technology
used in this research is aquaponics technology using kale as a plant. The method used in
this study is an experimental method, namely a one-factor Completely Randomized
Design (CRD) with five treatment levels and three replications . From the results of the
research that has been done, it can be seen that the best treatment in this study is the P3
treatment, namely by giving Liquid Organic Fertilizer with a dose of 1.25 ml/l. Water
quality during the study obtained temperature 26.0-26.6°C, pH 6.20-7.98, DO 6.1-7.9
mg/l, ammonia 0.0002-0.0014 mg/l, and bundance of phytoplankton 112.319 ind/l.
Giving different doses of Liquid Organic Fertilizer in the maintenance of carp gave a
significant effect on the absolute weight growth of 10.20 grams, absolute length growth
of 4.26 cm, specific growth rate of 1.91%, feed conversion of 0, 93%, 100% survival,
plant absolute weight 7.26 grams, and plant absolute length 37.33 cm.
