Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah SMP Indonesian Creative School (ICS) Dalam Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Efektif Di Masa Pandemi
This study aims to describe the leadership of school principals in
implementing effective learning during the pandemic at Indonesian Creative School
(ICS) Junior High Schools. This study uses a qualitative method with the principal as
the main resource and subject teachers as supporting resource persons.
Based on this research, it is known that the effort to achieve the target score
for the lower secondary checkpoint exam starts from the beginning of the 7th grade
semester by giving 60 minutes 5 times a week. The effective learning strategies during
the pandemic carried out by school principals are (1) regulating the curriculum, (2)
selecting the right platform, (3) capacity building for teachers, (4) building
collaboration with parents, (5) closely monitoring, and (6) motivate students. The
existence of multi-platform in the learning process makes it easier for school
principals to supervise learning. In this case, the Learning Management System is a
learning innovation effort designed to make it easier for students to learn
synchronously and asynchronously in an integrated learning system.
