Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Guru Dan Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Manajemen Pembelajaran Guru SMP Negeri Di Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of teacher work motivation and principal supervision on the learning management of state junior high school teachers. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all 113 public junior high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District with the determination of the sample using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by using a questionnaire using a Likert scale, analyzed using correlation and regression techniques through the Microsoft Excel software program. In this study, the authors use two hypothetical models, namely the alternative hypothesis (Ha) where the researcher assumes that there is a significant influence between teacher work motivation and the supervision of the principal on teacher learning management, and the null hypothesis (H0) where the researcher assumes that there is no significant effect. between teacher work motivation and principal's supervision of teacher learning management.
From a simple correlation analysis, it was found that there was a significant effect between the variables of teacher work motivation and teacher learning management. This can be seen from the simple correlation between X1 and Y (rX1Y) = 0.500. These results were consulted with rtable with N = 89 at a significance level of 5% = 0.207. With rX1Y = 0.500 obtained tcount = 5.389. These results were consulted with t table with N = 89 at a significance level of 5% = 1.665. Then from the results of calculations with partial correlation obtained ry1.2 = 0.242 with tcount = 3.685. The contribution given by the teacher's work motivation to teacher learning management is 36.18%, the remaining 63.82% is determined by other factors that are not part of this study.
It was also found that there was a significant effect between principal supervision and teacher learning management. This can be seen from the simple correlation between X2 and Y (rX2Y) = 0.557. These results were consulted with rtable with N = 89 at a significance level of 5% = 0.207. With the price of rX2Y = 0.557, it is obtained tcount = 6.259. These results were consulted with t table with N = 89 at a significance level of 5% = 1.665. Then from the results of calculations with partial correlation obtained ry2.1 = 0.367 with tcount = 3.685. The contribution given by the principal's supervision to teacher learning management is 63.82%, the remaining 36.18% is determined by other factors that are not part of this study.
In addition, it was found that there was a positive and significant effect between teacher work motivation and principal's supervision on teacher learning management with a correlation coefficient of Rx1x2y = 0.592; while rtable with N = 89 and a significance level of 5% of 0.207. Thus the price of Rcount > rtable (0.592 > 0.207). Furthermore, a significant correlation test was performed using the F-test. With the price of Rx1x2y = 0.592, Fcount = 23,245 is obtained. The
Ftable value for N-2 = 87 at the 5% significance level is 3.10. Because Fcount > Ftable (23.245>3.10), it can be said that the proposed research hypothesis is that there is a significant and positive influence between teacher work motivation and principal's supervision on teacher learning management, which can be accepted and verified. Thus, the work motivation of teachers and the supervision of the principal together contributes 35.1% to teacher learning management and the rest is determined by other conditions. High teacher work motivation and good principal supervision will make teacher learning management better. In improving learning management, the teacher who contributes the most is the supervision of the principal without neglecting the work motivation of the teacher.
