Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Mahasiswa PLP Mitra Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fkip Universitas Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the teaching performance PLP students partners at Economic Education Study Program FKIP Riau University. The population in this study were PLP student partners at Economic Education Study Program FKIP Riau University in 2021 with a total of 29 students. The sample of this study amounted to 29 students using saturated sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed via google form and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant effect on teaching performance PLP students partners at Economic Education Study Program FKIP Riau University with the regression equation Y = 13.456 + 0.789 (X) and contributed to teaching performance of 67.9%.
