This study aims to analyze the leadership of female school principals in
improving the quality of extracurricular activities in State Junior High Schools in
Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. The research method used in this
research is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. The results obtained
that. In the planning process in improving the quality of extracurricular activities
at State Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, the focus is only on how
the program from the plan can run, does not have a target to take into account
every program that has been run whether it can make and be able to contribute to
the organization in improving the quality of management. the quality of these
extracurricular activities. Based on the process of organizing female school
principals in improving the quality of extracurricular activities at State Junior
High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, from the 4 schools
studied, information was obtained that each school involved all teachers and
administrative staff. Based on the implementation process carried out by female
school principals in improving the quality of head extracurricular activities at
State Junior High Schools throughout the Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis
Regency, it has been researched that information is obtained that each school has
a different implementation time. Based on the process of monitoring female school
principals in improving the quality of extracurricular activities at State Junior
High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, from 4 schools that
have been studied, information is obtained that female principals must really
overcome these obstacles and provide good solutions. Then when facing
complaints from subordinates, the principal must instill a sense of empathy, which
is always trying to show concern for the problems of his subordinates, and really
feel that all these problems are also his. Based on the evaluation process of
female principals in improving the quality of extracurricular activities of female
principals in public junior high schools throughout the Bathin Solapan subdistrict,
Bengkalis Regency, information was obtained that the principal's
performance was assessed when evaluating whether the program was running
smoothly or not. The performance of female school principals is to carry out their
duties with full responsibility. Because of the loyalty of female school principals,
they are very dedicated and have good integrity.
