Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Dan Sarana Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Rupat
The purpose of this study was to analyze the joint positive and significant effect of teacher performance and learning facilities on student achievement in SD Negeri Rupat District. The background of this research is the interviews and observations of researchers at SDN Rupat District in cluster 1 it was found that student learning achievement is still not optimal. Student learning outcomes are influenced by various factors. One of them is teacher performance. In pre-research observations at SDN Rupat District in cluster 1, it can be seen that teachers are less than optimal in teaching. Another factor that also contributes to student learning achievement is the availability of adequate school facilities. School facilities that are available and well managed, of course affect the effectiveness of students in carrying out learning. The research method applied in this research is ex post facto. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in cluster IV in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, amounting to 90 people. The research sample was taken using the total sampling technique. So it can be concluded that the sample of this study was 56 teachers. Data collection techniques, namely documentation and questionnaires (questionnaires). Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that the teacher's performance had a significant effect on student achievement. This is indicated by the value of sig 0.001 < 0.05.
