The success of learning is largely determined by the effectiveness of classroom management, because classroom management is an absolute prerequisite for an effective learning process. The effectiveness of classroom management in each school is said to be realized if the educators or teachers who are given additional duties as homeroom teachers have a good leadership style and a meaningful organizational culture as experience in carrying out their duties that support learning as well as the role of their leadership as managers and the availability of adequate classroom facilities. in the classroom so that the effectiveness of classroom management.
Classroom management is carried out by teachers and homeroom teachers with the intention that students can follow lessons calmly and teachers can deliver material smoothly without any significant disturbances, so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally. The homeroom teacher is a teacher who gets additional assignments in accompanying certain classes. The low effectiveness of class management by homerooms according to the author's initial analysis is influenced by the homeroom leadership style. . Apart from the leadership style of a homeroom teacher, of course, the organizational culture in the school also makes a very clear contribution or contribution to classroom management at school. Everyone will behave according to the prevailing culture to be accepted in their environment.
The formulation of this problem includes (1) Is there a contribution from the homeroom leadership style to the effectiveness of classroom management at SMP Negeri Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis? (2) Is there a contribution of organizational culture to the effectiveness of classroom management at the State Junior High School in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis? (3) Is there a simultaneous contribution of homeroom leadership style and organizational culture to the effectiveness of classroom management at SMP Negeri Bathin Solapan, Bengkalis? The aims of this study include (1) To find and analyze how much the homeroom leadership style contributes to management effectiveness. class at the State Junior High School in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis, (2) To find and analyze how much organizational culture contributes to the effectiveness of classroom management at the State Junior High School Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis; (3) To find and analyze how big the contribution of homeroom leadership style and organizational culture to the effectiveness of classroom management at SMP Negeri Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis.

This study uses a survey method with correlational and regression techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research. The technique in this study was conducted to analyze the effect of two independent variables, namely homeroom leadership style (X1), organizational culture (X2), on one dependent variable, namely the effectiveness of classroom management (Y). The population in this study were all homeroom teachers who were in Junior High School in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, amounting to 110 people in 9 State Junior High Schools, research samples/respondents were 87 homeroom teachers in State Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Regency of Bengkalis. The trial was conducted on homeroom teachers at the State Junior High School, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, as many as 20 homeroom teachers were not selected as research samples. data collection techniques in the form of an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Meanwhile, used to process and analyze the data in this research is the analysis technique of the research data profile in the form of descriptions, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The research data were analyzed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 23 program.
The results of the research and discussion in this case include the Contribution of Homeroom Leadership Style to the Effectiveness of Class Management, the Contribution of Organizational Culture to the Effectiveness of Classroom Management, and the Contribution of Homeroom Leadership Style and Organizational Culture together to the Effectiveness of Class Management; (1) Obtained a significant relationship and a positive contribution of the homeroom leadership style variable (X1) to the effectiveness of classroom management (Y) in public junior high schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, (2) Obtained a significant relationship and positive contribution to the variable Organizational Culture (X2) on the Effectiveness of Class Management (Y) in Public Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, (3) There was a significant relationship and positive contribution of the homeroom leadership style variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together towards Effectiveness of Class (Y) S Management in Public Junior High Schools in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency.
