Politik Penentuan Sasaran Program Rumah Layak Huni Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir (Studi Kasus Kecamatan Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan)

A habitable house is a program run by the Rokan Hilir Regency Community
and Village Empowerment Service. The livable housing program aims to help
people who do not have decent houses to live in and receive decent housing, as
well as alleviating poverty, improving community welfare and increasing human
resources. This study aims to determine the distribution and allocation targets of
the livable housing program and the obstacles in its implementation in Tanah
Putih Tanjung Melawan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research approach
uses a qualitative approach and this type of research is descriptive. The location of
this research was conducted in Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan District, Rokan
Hilir Regency. Data collection techniques carried out by interviews and
documentation
The results of this study are based on the recipients of the livable housing
program in Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan District, Rokan Hilir Regency in 2015-
2016, most of them are still not right on target, in the process of targeting there are
political aspects that are not good where most of the recipients of the livable
housing program are families. or relatives of village officials. This livable house
program is implemented in Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan District and the people
who are entitled to receive it are people who meet the requirements or criteria that
have been determined. Based on the livable housing program, the people of Tanah
Putih Tanjung Melawan District received in 2015-2016. For the habitable housing
program implemented in Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan sub-district, prospective
recipients must complete the requirements or criteria that have been determined by
the Community and Village Empowerment Service, then file submissions are
made by the village party and in this program most of the prospective recipients
are relatives of village officials so that the opportunities obtained are greater to
obtain livable houses.
