Penyusunan Neraca Spasial Sumber Daya Air Pulau Singkep
ABSTRACT
Singkep Island is one of the areas in Lingga Regency which has twelve
watersheds with a total area of 787.50 km2. In accordance with Permen PUPR
(2018), the River Basin of Singkep Island is in the medium-critical zone.
However, the local government plans to increase the irrigation areas as the
highest contributor to the economy. So it is necessary to conduct research related
to the spatial water balance in the watershed on Singkep Island. The water
balance analysis method is based on water availability which is calculated using
the FJ.Mock equation from 2010-2020 and water use is calculated from the
domestic, non-domestic, livestock, industrial, irrigation, and river maintenance
sectors which are projected for the next twenty years to 2040. Results The
research shows that the largest water availability is in the Marok Tua watershed
is 1.65 m3/sec and the smallest in the Air Merah watershed is 0.28 m³/sec.
Meanwhile, the largest water demand is in the Marok Tua watershed is
0.75 m3/sec and the smallest in the Dabo watershed is 0.04 m3/sec. In addition, for
the next twenty years there will be changes in the balance and index of water use
every year, where the water balance is dominantly by red and the water use index
is dominantly by yellow-red.
