Dimensi Waktu Pada Etos Kerja Masyarakat Melayu Dalam Kumpulan Syair Karya Tenas Effendy

This study aims to describe, (1) the concept of time on the work ethic of the Malay community in the
collection of poetry by Tenas Effendy, (2) the time span on the work ethic of the Malay community in the
collection of poetry by Tenas Effendy, and (3) the translation of time on the work ethic of the community.
Malay in a collection of poetry by Tenas Effendy. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive
research design. The data in this study are poetry in the form of sentences with the data source being a
pocket book of Malay culture which contains the value of the work ethic of Tenas Effendy's work. The method
of data collection in this research is the method of documentation and notes. The results of this study indicate
that there are 23 data regarding the time dimension of the work ethic of the Malay community. The time
dimension data is grouped into three aspects, namely the concept of time, time span and time elaboration.
Based on the research that has been done, the data found are 10 time concept data, 11 time range data and 2
time translation data.
