Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Motivasi Mengajar Guru Terhadap Kedisiplinan Guru Pkn SMK Swasta Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of principal supervision and teaching
motivation on the discipline of PKN teachers in Pekanbaru City. Based on
observations in the field, there are still many PKN teachers in Pekanbaru City
private schools who lack discipline, both in terms of school attendance, carrying
out classroom learning and teaching preparation. Many factors cause teachers to
be undisciplined in carrying out their duties, including inappropriate educational
background, lack of teaching experience, too much teaching load which causes
teachers to feel tired
The research method used in this research is descriptive and inferential.
This research is a correlation research that aims to see the effect between
variables. The research was carried out in all private vocational schools in
Pekanbaru City, Riau Province with a total sample of 69 teachers. The data
analysis technique used is simple regression and multiple regression.
Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is an effect of
Principal Supervision on the Discipline of Private Vocational School Teachers in
Pekanbaru City. This can be seen from the value of Fcount>Ftable (57.598>3.98)
