Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar
The Leadership of the Madrasah Principal is the main parameter in
measuring the extent to which the level of achievement of educational goals in a
madrasah. This measurenment can be seen from the increase in the quality and
quantity of madrasas in the implementation of the leadership management of the
head of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib Bangkinang.
This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. In this Study, first
collect data, thn the data iscorrelatted with information obtained through interviews
and compared with the results of observations in the field. The results of this
correlation and comparison are then analyzed according to the teorithical basis that
has been built so that it can be measured how far the process of implementing the
leadership role of the head of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Daarun Nahdhah
Thawalib Bangkinang. The aim to this study were to: (1) describe the leadership of
the head of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib
Bangkinang; (2) Describe the obstacles faced in the leadership management of the
head of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib
Bangkinang; (3) Describe the efforts taken by the head of the madrasah to evecome
the obstacles faced. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok
Pesantren Daarun Nahdhah Thawalib Bangkinang. The results of this study indicate
that the leadership management of th head of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren
Daarun Nahdhah has gone quite well through planning, organizing, actuating and
Controlling. Then the obstacle in implementing the leadership management of the
head of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Daarun Nahdhah is a teacher who
teaches more than one school so it cannot be fully managed by several others factors,
namely the available facilities, support from schools and available funds. Some of the
efforts made by the head of the madrasa in implementing leadership management at
Madrasah Aliyah Daarun Nahdhah Islamlic Boarding School are: (1) Instructive; (2)
Consultative; (3) Participation; (4) Delegation; (5) Control; (6) Exemplary; (7) In
addition, the head of madrasah also strives to continuously improve the quality of the
techers through the provision of training related to improving teacher competence.
The head of the madrasa also continues to update the facilities and infrastructure to
support the learning process.
