Analisis Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Dasar Di SMK Negeri 1 Tapung
Motivation is a person's encouragement to study diligently to meet
predetermined goals. According to Sofyan and Uno (2014) one of the indicators
of student motivation is an interesting activity to learn. Creating interesting
activities in the learning process is one of the teacher's tasks. If the learning
process is fun and not boring, it means that learning motivation will emerge.
Learning motivation can grow if the teacher can provide learning strategies and
methods to improve student learning outcomes.
In this study, one of the steps chosen by the teacher was in choosing an
interesting learning model in this study using a blended learning model. Blended
learning can support technological progress as a whole while still using face-toface
learning and e-learning models. Blended learning allows students to always
learn and participate in the learning process and makes it easier for teachers to
create a learning environment that is based on students' learning desires and
supports students to meet future challenges.
Part of the purpose of implementing the blended learning model is to
support students to grow better in the learning process, b 3. In this research, there
is a significant and positive effect between student learning motivation on student
learning outcomes in Basic Accounting Subject Class XI Accounting 2 based on
style and preferences. in learning (Simarmata, et. al., 2016). Furthermore, there
is a significant influence between the use of the Blended Learning Learning Model
on student motivation and student learning outcomes.
