Pengaruh Optimisme Dan Literasi Digital Terhadap Kinerja Pengawas Pendidikan Se-Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to determine the effect of optimism and digital literacy on
the performance of education supervisors in Kampar Regency. The subjects of this
study were education supervisors totaling 49 people. The object of this research is
optimism and digital literacy on the performance of education supervisors in
Kampar Regency, and the efforts made to improve digital literacy and the use of
technology to support the performance of education supervisors. The data
collection method used is to test three variables, the type of quantitative research
is the ex post facto method. The three variables tested are two independent
variables (independent variables) consisting of Optimism (X1), and Digital
Literacy (X2), and one dependent variable, namely supervisory performance (Y).
The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or a list of questions made
in a simple form with the closed question method given to the respondents so that
they obtain data on optimism, digital literacy and the performance of education
supervisors. Research Results There was a significant effect between the variables
of optimism (X1) and digital literacy (X2) on the performance of education
supervisors (Y) throughout Kampar Regency, which had a large effect of 58.60%
with a high interpretation, because there were still 41.40% determined by other
factors that were not part of this study. Efforts are being made to improve digital
literacy in supporting the performance of education supervisors, namely the need
for (1) preparation of supervision programs; (2) implementation of the monitoring
program; (3) evaluation of the results of the implementation of the supervision
program; and (4) professional guidance and training of teachers and or school
principals.
