Struktur Pendataan Dan Tingkat Akurasi Data Hasil Tangkapan Ikan Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (Pps) Bungus, Sumatera Barat
Abstract
This study aims to determine the structure, mechanisms and accuracy of fish
catches data at the Bungus Ocean Fishing Port, West Sumatra. This study uses a
comparative descriptive method. The analytical method used is the method of
analyzing the accuracy of the catch data with the formula for Data Deviation (PD)
and Data Accuracy Level (TKD). Meanwhile, to find out whether the distribution
of data is significant or not, a sign test is carried out. The results showed that the
structure for implementing catch data collection at PPS Bungus is the
Enumerator, the Fishing Port Information Center (PIPP) and the Port Operations
Section. Analysis of the average value of real data deviations (PD) resulting from
the calculation of Enumerator data (D1), Log Book (D2) and Monthly Reports
(D3) at PPS Bungus in April 2021, namely PD(D1 dan D2) of 3.17%, PD(D1 dan D3) of
3.17% and PD(D2 dan D3) is 0.00%. The value of the data accuracy level (TKD) in
this calculation is TKD(D1 dan D2) of 96.83%, TKD(D1 dan D3) is 96.83% and TKD(D2
dan D3) is 100%. When tested with the sign test, the result is that the value of
P(X≤x) Count is smaller than P(X≤x) Table. The catch published by PPS Bungus
is accurate.
