Efektivitas Biofungisida Plus Berbahan Aktif Konsorsium Trichoderma Virens Untuk Mengendalikan Ganoderma Boninense Di Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of biofungicide plus with active
ingredients from the consortium of Trichoderma virens and get the best formula of
biofungicide plus in controlling Ganoderma boninense on oil palm tree nursery. This
research was carried out at the UPT Experimental Garden and Laboratory of Plant
Disease Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University also at the researcher home garden in
Pekanbaru. This study was conducted from October 2020 to February 2021. This study
was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design consisting of 5
treatments and 4 replications. Each replication consists of 4 oil palm trees seedling. The
treatments were a different formula (the nutrition) of the biofungicide plus from the T.
virens consortium (root, stem, midrib) which are with no treatment (B1), palm fronds
(B2), dry sago pulp (B3), sago starch (B4), and dry tofu pulp (B5). Data were analyzed by
analysis of variance and continued with Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at
5% level to compare the mean of each treatment. The results show that biofungicide plus
from palm fronds as the formula is the most effective and the best formula for
biofungicide plus with 56,66% effectiveness.
