Pengaruh Kascing Dan Jarak Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Kacang Hijau (Vigna Radiata L.)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the interaction effect of vermicompost and
to obtain the best dose for the growth and production of mung beans (Vigna
radiata L.). The study was conducted using a factorial Completely Randomized
Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors, namely the provision of vermicompost with
four levels, namely (0, 5, 15, and 25 ton.ha-1) and Planting Distance with three
levels, namely 30 cm x 20 cm ( population 33 plants), 30 cm x 25 cm (population
27 plants), 30 cm x 30 cm (population 22 plants). From these two factors, there
were 12 treatment combinations and each treatment combination was repeated 3
replications so that there were 36 experimental units. Parameters observed were
plant height, number of productive branches, flower age, harvest age, number of
pods planted, percentage of pithy pods, weight of planted seeds, weight of seeds
per plot, and weight of 100 seeds. The dose of vermicompost 25 ton.ha-1 (K3) was
better than the dose of 0 ton.ha-1 (K0), the dose of 5 ton.ha-1 (K1), and the dose of
15 ton.ha-1 (K2). Treatment (K3) can increase plant height, number of productive
branches, number of pods planted, percentage of pithy pods, weight of planted
seeds, weight of seeds per plot, weight of 100 seeds. The spacing of 30 cm x 30
cm (J3) is better than the spacing of 30 cm x 20 cm (J1) and 30 cm x 25 cm (J2).
Treatment (J3) can increase the number of productive branches, number of pods
planted, percentage of pithy pods, weight of planted seeds, weight of 100 seeds
and weight of seeds per plot but did not significantly affect other parameters. K3
and J3 interaction treatments could increase plant height, number of productive
branches, number of pods planted, percentage of pithy pods, weight of planted
seeds, weight of seeds per plot, weight of 100 seeds.
