Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Atribut Produk Pt Serambi Botani Indonesia (Studi Kasus: Gerai Serambi Botani Mal Ska Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify the general characteristics of consumers, identify
aspects of product attributes that have the most dominant influence on consumer
satisfaction, analyze the level of importance and performance of product attributes, and
analyze the level of consumer satisfaction with product attributes at the Serambi Botani
Outlet, Mal Ska Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at the Serambi Botani Outlet,
Mal Ska Pekanbaru by using a case study method and sampling technique using
purposive sampling. Sample obtained as many as 147 respondents. The data analysis
used is descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, Importance-
Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of
this study indicate that the consumer characteristics at the Serambi Botani Outlet Mal
Ska Pekanbaru are mostly women. Aspects of product attribute that are considered the
best performance by consumers are Brands. The results of the science analysis show
that three attributes are in quadrant I, there are six attributes in quadrant II, there are
five attributes in quadrant III, and there are four attributes in quadrant IV. The results
of the CSI can be seen that the CSI value is 82.25%, which means that consumers are
very satisfied with the performance of product attributes at the Serambi Botani Outlet,
Mal Ska Pekanbaru.
