ABSTRAC
Abstract - The Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire (KPSP) is one of the screening/detection tools required by the Ministry of Health to be used at the primary health care level. Psychologists have a significant role as experts who have authority in child development issues, including the authority to detect deviations in child development. However, psychologists in serving developmental screening using the KPSP are still manual, that is, they still use paper questionnaires. The purpose of this study is to build an Android-Based Pre-screening Child Development Questionnaire Application that can facilitate psychologists in filling out questionnaire answers from parents effectively and efficiently, facilitate psychologists in calculating questionnaires, and speed up reporting of questionnaire results. This research method uses the Research and Development method and the software development method uses the waterfall SDLC method. This research produces an Android-Based Pre-screening Child Development Questionnaire Application which can assist psychologists' performance in serving clients who have problems in child development. This application also provides time efficiency and simplifies and accelerates the performance of psychologists, and can provide information about children's development in graphic form, so that they can know the development of children periodically.
