declared valid, while the other 3 were declared Invalid, and for the teacher's
performance questionnaire consisting of 15 statements, all of them were declared
valid. The reliability test was carried out using the Cronbach's alpha formula for
each variable to obtain the results of the principal's leadership variable of ra: 734,
the teacher's skill variable using the e-learning platform of ra: 720 and the
teacher performance variable of ra: 760 thus all variables in this study declared
reliable.
Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis and simple linear
regression test with a significance value < 0.000. Before testing the hypothesis, an
equality or balance test is carried out and a test of requirements, namely the
normality test and homogeneity test. The equivalence test was carried out by t test
and f test. From the t-test, the results for the principal's leadership variable have a
significance value of 0.000 and the teacher's skill variable using the e-learning
platform has a significance value of 0.004. For the results of the f test, the results
obtained a significance value of 0.000, meaning that from both equality and
