Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usahatani Pepaya California (Studi Kasus Di Kelurahan Agrowisata Kecamatan Rumbai)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes
in input prices of Pak Yasir's California papaya farm in the Agrowisata Village,
Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. The research method used is the case study
method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The informant in
this study was the owner of a California papaya business, Mr. Yasir with a land
area of 1,5 ha. Analysis of the investment criteria data used are Net Present
Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) and Internal Rate of Return
(IRR). The results showed: California papaya farming is feasible because it has a
positive NPV value of Rp. 47.018.073, the Net B/C value is greater than zero,
namely 2,18 and the IRR value is greater than the Social Opportunity Cost of
Capital (SOCC), namely 70,10%. California papaya farming is still feasible if
there is an increase in the input price of chemical fertilizers by 8% and manure
by 20%.
