Kemampuan Menulis Teks Prosedur Siswa Kelas VII SMP Pancasila Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin
This study discusses the ability to write procedural texts for seventh grade students of
SMP Pancasila, Tanjung Beringin District. This study aims to describe the level of
ability to write procedural texts for seventh grade students of SMP Pancasila,
Tanjung Beringin District. The method used in this study is a quantitative research
method. In this quantitative study using data derived from a written skill test. The
data source of this study consisted of 2 classes with a sample size of 58. The data
collection technique used was a test. The test results are used, namely the writing
skills test to determine the ability to write procedural texts for class VII students. The
data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis techniques, data normality
test, and an independent test. The results are normally distributed with the decision of
the hypothesis accepted at the 5% or 0.05 confidence level. The average of the ability
to write procedure text is 75.88.
