Perancangan Sentral Minaindustri Pada Kawasan Minapolitan Danau Singkarak Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Biomimikri

ABSTRAK
Minaindustry part of Minapolitan which is an area-based marine and fisheries
economic development activity with integrated, efficient, quality and sustainable
principles. Minaindustry can be used as an answer to the problems that occur in
the fisheries sector, where the fishery sector is one of the labor-intensive business
sectors that requires a lot of manpower. Singkaran lake is one of the lakes that
has great potential in the development of Minapolitan, especially the fishing
industry. Singkarak lake which is located in two sub-districts can be an economic
development sector for the two sub-districts.
The design central Minaindustry in the Minapolitan area on Lake Singkarak is
intended as a forum for the community to improve the economy as well as a
center for empowering endemic fish in Lake Singkarak. Where for now, income in
the field of fisheries is seasonal which depends on natural conditions. This causes
a lack of income and welfare of workers in the fisheries sector and has an impact
on seasonal unemployment of fishery workers. For that we need an integrated
form of business so that there are various supporting activities that require a lot
of manpower so that they can help sustain every business element in the fisheries
sector. The design of the Minapolitan area uses the application of Biomimicry
Architecture which is an approach in creating an innovation and solving a
problem that occurs in the surrounding environment by looking back at patterns
that already exist and are tested in nature.
