ABSTRACT
Advances in science and technology have encouraged humans to try to overcome
all the problems that arise around them. One of them is microcontroller
technology that plays a role in various fields of human life. Blind is a general
term that is widely used for the condition of someone who has a disturbance or
obstacle in the sense of sight. Therefore, the making of this final project aims to
provide convenience for the blind in designing blind smart hats that utilize
technology in the form of ultrasonic sensors as obstacle detectors where Arduino
is the controller, mini DFPlayer module as output which then the headset will
sound .This concept has realized a blind smart hat to make it easier for users
when walking.
