Optimasi Penentuan Lokasi Penambahan Recloser Untuk Meningkatkan Keandalan Sistem Pada Penyulang Jati Menggunakan Particle Swarm Optimization
ABSTRACT
Distribution system is an important part of activities distribution of electrical
energy that is directly connected to the customer. Therefore, the distribution
system is always required to have good reliability. One way to increase reliability
is to use reclosers in medium voltage feeders. Optimal recloser placement will
maximize reliability. In this study, the author uses the Particle Swarm
Optimization in determining the recloser . The objective functions used are SAIFI
(System Average Interruption Frequency Index) and SAIDI (System Average
Interruption Duration Index) are calculated using the section technique. The steps
taken include: collecting data, compiling objective functions, simulating using the
MATLAB program and analyzing recloser. The result of the research is that it is
necessary to add a recloser to the main feeder before the distribution transformer
TD67. The addition of the recloser with the best position resulted in a reduction in
the SAIDI value from the initial value of 26.3 hours/year to 24.19 hours/year and
the SAIFI value from the initial value of 23.61 times/year to 21.71 times/year.
