Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Kepercayaan Merek Serta Keputusan Pembelian Laptop Merek Asus Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to see and analyze the effect of product
quality and brand image on brand trust and purchasing decisions. The study was
conducted on the people of Pekanbaru City who had bought and used Asus brand
laptops. The data in this study were obtained from research questionnaires, the
method used in this study was path analysis. The sampling technique in this study
used the Hair J.F.et.al formula, the total sample was 108 people. The result of the
study is that the variables of product quality and brand image have a positive and
significant effect on brand trust. The variables of product quality, brand image
and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
Product quality and brand image variables have a positive and significant impact
on purchasing decisions through brand trust.
